Dr Burke is a Urological Surgeon with skills in all aspects of Urology and a particular interest in surgical diseases of the kidney. This includes management of renal cancers and complex stone disease.
He commenced consultant practice in 2006 and has been visiting Rockhampton for over 15 years in association with colleagues at the Central Queensland Urology Clinic. He currently holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand. He holds clinical appointments in Brisbane at Greenslopes, Sunnybank and QEII Hospitals in addition to being a Senior Lecturer in Surgery at the University of Queensland.
Dr Burke operates at the Hillcrest Rockhampton Private Hospital monthy.
