Dr Shikha Chugh, MD, DNB, FACD, has trained in Dermatology extensively, both overseas and in Australia. She holds dual qualifications with the Australasian College of Dermatologists and the National Board of Dermatology (India).
Her training involved exposure to, and management of, a wide range of dermatological disorders including inflammatory, autoimmune, infectious diseases, pigmentary, genetic disorders, hair and nail related dermatosis, complex medical and cosmetic disorders.
Dr Chugh has interests in medical dermatology (both paediatric and geriatric dermatology), female genital skin disorders, medical education and tele-dermatology. She is a member of numerous international dermatology organisations.
She has worked overseas as a Dermatologist before moving to Australia and has trained here both in public (dealing with complex medical dermatosis) and private (with a focus on Cosmetic Dermatology) sectors. Dr Chugh enjoys the challenges of treating dermatology cases across the spectrum to ensure the best possible care for her patients.
Dr Chugh has conducted research and has numerous national and international publications to her credit. She is passionate about dermatology and has a vision to make dermatology services available to the wider community and regional Australia.
