Hillcrest Rockhampton Private Hospital has gone from strength to strength since it was first established more than 100 years ago.

The hospital, located on Talford Street, is a 54-bed medical, surgical and mental health hospital offering a holistic approach to health care.

Hillcrest Rockhampton Private Hospital specialises in orthopaedics, ophthalmology, general surgery, urology, gynaecology, IVF and general medicine. 

Archerview Clinic the new mental health unit at Hillcrest is a dedicated 12 bed private unit with 3 interview rooms, patient dining and lounge/group areas for patients.  Archerview Clinic provides services for patients requiring treatment for mental health disorders including; Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Schizophrenia and Psychotic disorders. 

The hospital has developed a strong reputation in the community for providing a caring and quality medical service.  This is reflected by the hospital achieving four years accreditation with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS).

The After Hours Outpatient department is available for patients to be seen by an on-call General Practitioner.

Patient Visitors are encouraged to attend the hospital within the hours of 10am to 2pm and 4pm to 8pm.
